CANCELLATION POLICY

For clarity, “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Biowind Innovations Private Limited, while “you” and “your” refer to our valued customers. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. We encourage you to review this policy carefully to understand how cancellations are managed. Our goal is to make every step of your shopping experience smooth, transparent, and supportive—even when you change your mind. 

Cancelling an Order Before Shipment 

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request cancellation within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellations made after this period or after the order has been dispatched may not be possible. Acting promptly ensures we can process your request efficiently. 

To request a cancellation:

  • Include your order number and reason for cancellation 
     

Once we review your request, we’ll confirm whether it is eligible for cancellation. If approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. 
Our aim is to make the process simple and worry-free, giving you flexibility and confidence in every purchase. 

If Your Order Has Already Been Shipped 

Once your order has been dispatched and is on its way, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you can still return the product as per our Return and Refund Policy. 
This ensures you continue to have complete peace of mind when shopping with us. 

Making Changes to an Order 

Currently, we are unable to modify existing orders—this includes changes to products, delivery addresses, or contact details. If you need to make updates, the best option is to cancel the order (within the eligible timeframe) and place a new one with the correct details.
